'Handmade jewellery designed in the heart of Copenhagen'

For almost 20 years Ann Eleonora has worked as an actress in theater, TV and movies (among others the price winnings "Italian for beginners" and the TV series "The Killing"). While still acting she wanted to add new angles to her creative work. Inspired by a little note she got from her grandfather she designed a pendant to herself that could contain the little piece of paper to save the important words. This process inspired Ann Eleonora to design further jewelleries, to found An.no and launch her own design line in late 2013.

Ann Eleonora explains:

"To me the important element is and has alway been the creative process. It can be on a stage or sitting alone with gold, stones and pearls, working on ideas for shapes and looks

Jewelleries carry your history. I still clearly remember the look and feeling of my grandmother's finger rings as I was sitting and playing with them as a child. This is what makes jewelleries so special to me: They last for generations symbolizing feelings and marking the special occasions in life. They symbolize love and stories - probably the two most important things in life."

The An.no movie is made by Julie-Therese Nielsdotter Andresen, music by Albert Schyberg Franck.
